The Greatest Show on Dirt blew into Kennedale Speedway Park for Night 1 of the Cowtown Classic! An impressive field of 39 World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars were in the pits, including current 2025 points leader, David Gravel. In the WoO 25-lap feature, Giovanni Scelzi, defeated David Gravel, for the feature win. Friday’s program also included the $1,000 to win Factory Stocks. Heart O Texas Speedway (Elm Mott) February 28th (Friday)
The United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) started their 27th season with the 10th Annual Summit USMTS Winter Nationals at the Heart O Texas Speedway. An outstanding field of 48 USMTS Modifieds were in the pits. Jim Chisholm, from Osage, IA, was Friday Nights $5,000 USMTS feature winner! Also on Friday’s program were the Sportmods/Limited Mods/B Mods division plus the Factory Stocks division. This was the first of two nights of Summit USMTS Modified racing at Heart O Texas Speedway.
