Dean Abbey was the IMCA Southern Sportmod Super Nationals $5,000 to win feature winner at Kennedale Speedway Park

Kennedale Speedway Park hosted the 2nd Annual IMCA Southern Sportmod Super Nationals. A solid field of 62 IMCA Sportmods were in the pits. Dean Abbey was your Sportmod Super Nationals $5,000 feature winner! Alex Hickham was your Smiley’s All Star $1,000 feature winner. Along with the IMCA Sportmods, Saturday’s Showcard included the IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Eco Mods and the Jr. Limiteds. Check out all the racing action from Saturday night.

Raceway Ministries: Kennedale Speedway offers a unique feature at the track. That is a ministry. We are under the umbrella of Texas Alliance Raceway Ministry based out at Texas Motor Speedway. The people involved in this ministry are Randy Denbow (chaplain), and Steve Kaneaster (asst. chaplain). We give the invocation, operate the hot pit and oversee the children's special events at the track.
