Kaden Honeycutt was the American Crate Late Model Series $1,000 feature winner at Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday night

The American Crate Late Model Series (ACLMS) made their first appearance of the season at Kennedale Speedway Park. The Late Models were scheduled to race on April 29th, but the program was rained out. Saturday night, a good field of 19 Late Models, were in the pits. Bridge City, TX, Kaden Honeycutt, No. 10, was your Late Model feature winner. Along with the Late Models, Saturday’s Showcard included IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sportmods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, and Eco Mods. The race fans enjoyed the Meet and Greet with the race car drivers during intermission. Check out all the racing action from Saturday night.

Raceway Ministries: Kennedale Speedway offers a unique feature at the track. That is a ministry. We are under the umbrella of Texas Alliance Raceway Ministry based out at Texas Motor Speedway. The people involved in this ministry are Randy Denbow (chaplain), and Steve Kaneaster (asst. chaplain). We give the invocation, operate the hot pit and oversee the children's special events at the track. Kennedale Speedway Park will be closed Saturday, July 1st, for the 4th of July. Kennedale Speedway Park’s next race will be Saturday, July 8th, and will feature the IMCA Sportmods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Eco Mods, Jr. Limiteds and the Lone Star Dwarf Car Club. Stock Cars and Dwarf Cars will run double features that include make up features that were rained out. Plus a Kid's silver rush at intermission.
