It was Demolition Derby time at Kennedale Speedway Park! This was the second Demo Derby of the season. The first one, that was scheduled on April 17, was rained out. Along with the Demolition Derby, Kennedale Speedway Parks Saturday’s Showcard included the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SpotMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun from Saturday night below!

Modified Feature Winner: Jacob Pirkle, No. 6r, picked up his second IMCA Modified feature win of the weekend! Jacob won Friday night at Boyd Raceway and again Saturday night at Kennedale Speedway Park! 2. Chase Allen, 3. Glen Hibbard, 4. Jon White Jr., 5. Mitch McMillin, 6. Mike White, 7. Billy Gatlin, 8. Dillion Pike, 9. Jerry Robinson, 10. David Cook, 11. Justin McCoy, 12. Danny Rodgers, and 13. Jake UpChurch.

Kennedale Speedway Park hosted night two of the IMCA Stock Car All Star race! The IMCA Stock Cars were at Boyd Raceway Friday night with “Flyin” Ryan Powers, No. P74, taking the $750 feature win! Along with the IMCA Stock Cars, were the IMCA SportMods, Factory Stocks, Sport Compacts, Jr. Limiteds and the Lone Star Dwarf Car Club. The kids enjoyed the Silver Rush during intermission. The Texas Sprint Series (TSS) Winged Warriors returned to Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday night! This was the third appearance of the season for the 305 RaceSaver Winged Sprints. The two previous winners were Marcus Thomas and Chad Wilson. A strong field of 28 Sprints were in the pits, including current points leader Jeff Emerson, No. 35. Along with the TSS Sprints, were the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Kennedale Speedway Park hopes that everyone had a great July 4th Weekend! KSP's Saturday’s Show featured the IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Sport Compacts, and Jr. Limiteds. The Kids Bicycle Races were held during intermission! Kennedale Speedway Park hopes that everyone has a safe and happy Fourth of July Weekend! Raceway Ministries: Kennedale Speedway offers a unique feature at the track. That is a ministry. We are under the umbrella of Texas Alliance Raceway Ministry based out at Texas Motor Speedway. The people involved in this ministry are Randy Denbow (chaplain), and Steve Kaneaster (asst. chaplain). We give the invocation, operate the hot pit and oversee the children's special events at the track.
