Kennedale Speedway Park kicked off their 2021 racing season Saturday night. Last week’s Annual Spring Kick-Off program was a wash! The featured class Saturday night was the Texas Sprint Series (TSS)! These IMCA 305 RaceSaver Winged Sprints opened their 2021 season also! An impressive field of thirty-five Sprints packed the pits. Along with the TSS Sprints was a full racing program that included five classes of cars. The IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks and Sport Compacts! Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun from Saturday night below!
TSS Sprint Feature Winner: Marcus Thomas defeated Colby Estes for the exciting feature win! Zane Lawrence, Jeff Emerson, and Chase Brewer, top five. Lucas Scherb, D.J. Estes, Michelle Parson, Austin Saunders, and Robert Byron, top ten. Claud Estes III, Jerrad Warhurst, Bryan Debrick, Matt Etzelmiller, Keith Martin, Ryan Hall, John Ricketts, Landon Thompson, Logan Scherb, and Casey Merrell, rounded out the field. Twenty-cars started the feature.
Colby Estes had a solid run for second.
Texas Sprint Series TSS next event is Monarch Motor Speedway Friday, March 26.
Gary Floyd was involved in a Sprint wreck during his B-main.

Modified Feature Winner: Justin Whitehead, No. 36j, had a big night! His first of two feature wins! Jon White Jr., Matt Guillaume, Glen Hibbard, and Matt Martin, top five. Jeff Emerson, Mitch McMillin, Mike White, Brandon Lewis, Colby Moore, Lance Hanson Jr, Justin Sternberg, Jacob Pirkle, Jimmy Littlejohn, Peter Degrote, and Chad Melton, rounded out the field. Sixteen cars started the feature.
Matt Guillaume had a top three finish.

SportMod Feature Winner: Great race with Nick Clinkenbeard holding off Bobby Ortega for the win! Sean Hill, David Montgomery, and Jake UpChurch, top five. Jerrett Bransom, Jeff Hauser, Matthew Day, Vinny Rabozzi, and Don Owens, top ten. Mason Day, Kaleb Emerson, James Willis, Jeff Welborn, Danny Cavanagh, Dan Day, Damon Hammond, Austin Neubauer, James Skinner, Gary Fox, J. R. Doughty, Todd West, Collin Montgomery, Nicole Torres, and Cole Wayman, rounded out the field. Twenty-five cars started the feature.
Jake UpChurch had a solid top five finish.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Shelby Williams was your iStock feature winner! Dean Abbey, Kirk Martin, Shawn Mize, and Craig Moss, top five. G. Williams, B. Clark, J. Branson, R. Palmer, and D. Nate Dixon, Gary Harvin, Kelsie Neubauer, Joseph Doremus, David Hollaway, Glenn Cooper, Kenny Magar, Darryl Truax, Toby Morris, Glenn Gunn, Neil Kemp, Blake Clark, Cody Miles, and Terry Dumas, rounded out the field. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

Nineteen cars started the feature.
