The Texas Wing Modified Association returned to Heart O Texas Speedway, in Elm Mott, TX, Friday night! Along with the Wing Modifieds, were all the weekly classes including the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Don’t forget, next Friday, July 5, Heart O Texas Speedway will host their Annual Fireworks Show that features the $1,000 to win IMCA Modifieds plus a full racing program! Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun from Friday night below:
Modified Feature Winner: Justin Radcliff, No. 11j, picked up his first IMCA Modified feature win of the season! William Gould, No. 60, had a solid second, Kevin Green, No. 5, was third, David Goode Jr., No. 7g, was fourth and Jerad Herring, No. 1h, was fifth. Eric Tomlinson, Dwayne Grantham, Derek Scott Jr., Cody Daniel, and Adam James, rounded out the top ten. Fourteen cars started the feature.
William Gould passed the leader several times only to have a yellow come out. William ended up second.

SportMod Feature Winner: Eddie Grmela, No. 11g, held off Sid Kiphen, No. 58, for the exciting win! Chris Cogburn, No. 60, was third, Jeff Shepperd, No. 17, was fourth and Gregory Muirhead, No. 22, was fifth. Taylor Florio, Brandon Geurin, Joe Aramendia, Garett Rawls, and Damon Hammond, rounded out the top ten. Sixteen cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: This was the first of two feature wins for Jeffrey Abbey. Jeffrey also won the Factory Stock feature! Andy Roller, No. 63, was second, A.J. Dancer, No. 52, was third, Brandon Hood, No. 1b, was fourth and Westin Abbey, No. 12, was fifth. Robert Black, Ryan Powers, Travis Norman, Ray Vann, Jason Batt, John Frydrych, and Eddie Thompson, rounded out the field.

Street Stock Feature Winner: The best race of the evening! Benji Kirkpatrick, No. 13, took the lead on the first lap of the 20-lap feature. Spun out on the third lap and was sent to the back of the field. Eighteen laps into the twenty-lap feature, Benji got the lead back and the exciting feature win! Wade White, No. 68, ended up second, Tommy Kirjkpatrick, No. 71, was third, Greg Andrews, No. 8a, was fourth and Kevin Smith, No. 57, was fifth. David Khoury, Will Arnold, Joe Williams, Eddie Thompson, and Billy Rupert, rounded out the top ten. Seventen cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Picking up his second feature win of the evening was Jeffrey Abbey, No. 77j! Nate Dixon, No. 10, was second, Chad Herring, No. 21h, was third, Melvin Kemp Jr., No. 54, was fourth and Ronnie Bell Jr., No. 95, was fifth. Ryan Hopkins, William Dean, Westin Abbey, Doug Andrews, and Michael Bowles, rounded out the top ten. Seventeen cars started the feature.

Sport Compact Feature Winner: Frank Lackey, No. 4, was the feature winner. William Creese, No. 491, Jack Lewis, No. 97, D.W. Potter, No. d74, and Zach Martin, No. 361z, rounded out the field.

Texas Wing Modified Feature Winner: Seven laps into the 15-lap feature, Dale Wester, No. 2, saw an opening and took it! Dale held off Kodey Keimig, No. 27, for the feature win. Kadaal Kolar, No. 33, was Third, Billy Bachmayer, No. 38, was fourth and Rex Adrian, No. 76, was fifth. Rick McComas, Eddie Grmela, Steve Adrian, Terry White, and Marsh Lander, rounded out the top ten. Fifteen cars started the feature.
Kody Keimig kept it close but settled for second.
