The Texas Wing Modified Association returned to Heart O Texas Speedway, in Elm Mott, TX, Friday night! Along with the Wing Modifieds, were all the weekly classes including the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Don’t forget, next Friday, July 5, Heart O Texas Speedway will host their Annual Fireworks Show that features the $1,000 to win IMCA Modifieds plus a full racing program! Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun from Friday night below: 

Modified Feature Winner: Justin Radcliff, No. 11j, picked up his first IMCA Modified feature win of the season! William Gould, No. 60, had a solid second, Kevin Green, No. 5, was third, David Goode Jr., No. 7g, was fourth and Jerad Herring, No. 1h, was fifth. Eric Tomlinson, Dwayne Grantham, Derek Scott Jr., Cody Daniel, and Adam James, rounded out the top ten. Fourteen cars started the feature.

William Gould passed the leader several times only to have a yellow come out. William ended up second.

SportMod Feature Winner: Eddie Grmela, No. 11g, held off Sid Kiphen, No. 58, for the exciting win! Chris Cogburn, No. 60, was third, Jeff Shepperd, No. 17, was fourth and Gregory Muirhead, No. 22, was fifth. Taylor Florio, Brandon Geurin, Joe Aramendia, Garett Rawls, and Damon Hammond, rounded out the top ten. Sixteen cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: This was the first of two feature wins for Jeffrey Abbey. Jeffrey also won the Factory Stock feature! Andy Roller, No. 63, was second, A.J. Dancer, No. 52, was third, Brandon Hood, No. 1b, was fourth and Westin Abbey, No. 12, was fifth. Robert Black, Ryan Powers, Travis Norman, Ray Vann, Jason Batt, John Frydrych, and Eddie Thompson, rounded out the field.

Street Stock Feature Winner: The best race of the evening! Benji Kirkpatrick, No. 13, took the lead on the first lap of the 20-lap feature. Spun out on the third lap and was sent to the back of the field. Eighteen laps into the twenty-lap feature, Benji got the lead back and the exciting feature win! Wade White, No. 68, ended up second, Tommy Kirjkpatrick, No. 71, was third, Greg Andrews, No. 8a, was fourth and Kevin Smith, No. 57, was fifth. David Khoury, Will Arnold, Joe Williams, Eddie Thompson, and Billy Rupert, rounded out the top ten. Seventen cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Picking up his second feature win of the evening was Jeffrey Abbey, No. 77j! Nate Dixon, No. 10, was second, Chad Herring, No. 21h, was third, Melvin Kemp Jr., No. 54, was fourth and Ronnie Bell Jr., No. 95, was fifth. Ryan Hopkins, William Dean, Westin Abbey, Doug Andrews, and Michael Bowles, rounded out the top ten. Seventeen cars started the feature.

Sport Compact Feature Winner: Frank Lackey, No. 4, was the feature winner. William Creese, No. 491, Jack Lewis, No. 97, D.W. Potter, No. d74, and Zach Martin, No. 361z, rounded out the field.

Texas Wing Modified Feature Winner: Seven laps into the 15-lap feature, Dale Wester, No. 2, saw an opening and took it! Dale held off Kodey Keimig, No. 27, for the feature win. Kadaal Kolar, No. 33, was Third, Billy Bachmayer, No. 38, was fourth and Rex Adrian, No. 76, was fifth. Rick McComas, Eddie Grmela, Steve Adrian, Terry White, and Marsh Lander, rounded out the top ten. Fifteen cars started the feature.

Kody Keimig kept it close but settled for second.

The Lone Star Dwarf Car Club returned to Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday night. This was the second of two nights for the Lone Star Dwarf Car Club. The Dwarf Cars ran at Heart O Texas Speedway Friday night. Taylor Hunter, No. 57b, from Deer Park, TX, was the big winner in the little cars this weekend. Taylor won both Dwarf Car features! Along with the Dwarf Cars, Saturdays Showcard included the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun below:

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Great race between the top four cars. Jeff Hauser, No. 18x, held off Brett McMillin, No. 61, Chase Neill, No. 416, and Jason Cook, No. 504x, for the exciting Factory Stock feature win! Floyd Gunn, No. 71, ended up fifth. Larry Smitherman, Kelsie Neubauer, Sean Hill, Mike Mason, and Kenny Magar, rounded out the top ten. Seventeen cars started the feature.

Kennedale Speedway Park hosted the first Trailer Race of the season Saturday night. A great crowd was on hand to watch the destruction! Along with the Trailer Race, there was the Pitt Stop Cafe Powder Puff Races for the ladies! Saturdays Showcard also included the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Sport Compacts, and Jr. Minis. Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun below:

Heart O Texas Speedway, in Elm Mott, TX, got the Fathers Day weekend off to a fast start with the Nolan Wren Memorial featuring the $2,000 to win 360 c.i. Winged ASCS Lone Star Region Sprint Cars! Along with the ASCS Sprint Cars, were all the weekly classes that included the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Also during intermission, the race fans enjoyed the Hoosier Daddy Tire Throwing contest. Check out the racing coverage below: 

Sprint Feature Winner: Jeb Sessums, No. 01j, got past Clad Estes III, No. 74e, nine laps into the 25-lap, $2,000 to win feature and held off Marcus Thomas, No. 15t, for the exciting feature win! Marcus Thomas, No. 15t, ended up second, Claud Estes III, No. 74e, was third, Chad Wilson, No. 20, was fourth and Michelle Melton, No. 21, was fifth. Dale Wester, Dalton Stevens, Scott Evans, Casey Burkham, and Blake Mallory, rounded out the top ten. Fifteen cars started the feature.

Marcus Thomas, No. 15t, took home the second place position.

Channin Tankersley, No. 17t, was involved in a bad wreck during the feature.

Kennedale Speedway Park hosted the Sprint Car Bandits Spring Championships Saturday night. The 2019 Sprint Car Bandits Series (SCB) Dare to be Different Tour features the Winged, 360 C.I., Sprints! A good field of twenty-one Sprints were in the pits. Along with the Sprint Car Bandits, were the Modifieds, SportMods, Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Sport Compacts, and Jr. Minis. Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun below!

The people involved in this ministry are Randy Denbow (chaplain), Steve Kaneaster (asst. chaplain), Buster Brown (hot pit), and Steve Schwartz. We give the invocation, operate the hot pit and oversee the children's special events at the track. We offer spiritual and prayer support. We are very fortunate that the track owner and management want us there. We appreciate the driver's, crew members and fans for supporting us. Southern Oklahoma Speedway, In Ardmore, OKLA, hosted the 2019 FINALE of the LoneStar Super Gas Red River Modified Tour (RRMT) presented by Smiley’s Racing Products Friday night! A good crowd was on hand to see fifty-nine Modifieds battle it out for the thirty starting positions in the finale feature. The IMCA Modifieds 30-lap, $1,500 to win A feature, started thirty-Modifieds, three-wide, and ten rows deep! Along with the IMCA Modifieds, were the IMCA Southern SportMods and the IMCA Stock Cars. Modified $1,500 Feature Winner: Tucson, AZ, Jake O'Neil, No. 0, only raced one night of the Red River Modified Tour, but he made it count! Jake took home the $1,500 IMCA Modified feature! Jeff Taylor, No. 5t, had a strong run for second, Brint Hartwick, No. 9, was third, Matt Guillaume, No. 50, had a solid run for fourth and Travis Johnson, No,. 86j, was fifth. Cory Davis, Jeffrey Abbey, Riley Simmons, David Goode Jr., Josh McCabe, William Gould, Tyler Stevens, Eric Tomlinson, Fred Wojtek, Chris Morris, Chris Bragg, Beau Begnaud, Kevin Gren, Jason Hunter, Mark Carrell, Jeramie Cox, Travis Bragg, Larry Adams, Jeff Hoegh, Brandon Hood, Chad Melton, Jerad Herring, Chris Elliott, John Gober, Micheal Ables, and P.J. Egbert, rounded out the field. Thirty-cars started the feature, 3-wide, ten rows deep!

Jeff Taylor, No. 5t, had a strong run for second.

Brint Hartwick, No. 9, picked up a top three finish.

SportMod $1,000 Feature Winner: Trevor Egbert, No. 78, was your $1,000 SportMod feature winner! Trevor is also your 2019 Red River SportMod Champion. Shane Hartline, No. 25h, was second, Don Reed, No. 58, was third, Kevin Rowland, No. 4r, was fourth and Casey Brunson, No. 10, was fifth. Cullen Hill, Brandon Watson, Kasey Kuykendall, Chad Reid, Donnie Hix, Kaden Honeycutt, Trevor Ramey, David Bolf, Taylor Florio, Josh Cournoyer, Tale Nutler, Devin Chambers, Kamera McDonald, Chris Florio, Jimmie Wright, Boddy Davis II, Tyler Bragg, Kyle Wilkins, Brayden Wyatt, Blaine Shives, Chase Vineyard, Case Penrod, Jay Wells, James Hanusch, and Rowdy Day, rounded out the field. Thirty-cars started the feature, 3-wide, ten rows deep!

Don Reed, No. 58, picked up a third place finish.

Casey Brunson, No. 10, had a top five finish.

Stock Car $500 Feature Winner: The IMCA Stock Cars saved their best race for last! Jeffrey Abbey, No. 37, crashed his way to the win! Shelby Williams, No. 82, was right there, but settled for second place. Brandon Hood, No. 1bh, was third, Westin Abbey, No. 12, was fourth and Bryan Schutte, No. 7x, was fifth. Brent Cargal, George Egbert, Dennis Bissonnette, Aaron Benedict, Justin Graves, Charlie Brown, Lee Crawford, Lee Riley, Gary Williams, Drew Garcia, Vernon Owens, rounded out the field. Sixteen cars started the feature.

Shelby Williams, No. 82, was a very close second.

Brandon Hood, No. 1b, had a top three finish.
