The Texas Sprint Series (TSS) rolled into Heart O Texas Speedway Friday night. A full field of thirty-one Sprints were in the pits. The TSS Sprints feature the RaceSaver 305 Winged Sprints! Heart O Texas Speedway also hosted the Children’s Tumor Foundation Night! Thanks to all the race fans who donated to this great cause. Along with the exciting Sprint Cars, were the “ground pounding” IMCA Modifieds, Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Outlaw Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun from Friday night!
Sprint Feature Winner: Marcus Thomas, No. 15t, picked up his second Sprint feature win of the season at Heart O Texas Speedway! Marcus won the Sprint Bandit Series season opener last month. Chase Brewer, No., 32, was second, Danny Merrell, No. 0, was third, Michelle Melton, No. 1m. was fourth and Jeb Sessums, No 01j, was fifth. Jeff Emerson, Chip Graham, Bob Odom, Merle Scherb, and Dustin Wood, rounded out the top ten. Twenty cars stared the feature. Thirty-one cars were in the pits.
Jeb Sessums, No. 01j, had a solid top five finish.
A good field of thirty-one Sprints were in the pit.

Modified Feature Winner: Jeffrey Abbey, No. 37, held off David Goode Jr., No. 7g, for the exciting Modified feature win! Jeff Hoegh, No. 97j, was third, Beau Begnaud, No. 32, was fourth and Kevin Green, No. 5, was fifth. Jerad Herring, Cody Tidwell, Raymond McSpadden, David Goode Sr., and Justin Radcliff, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-one cars started the feature.
Beau Begnaud, No 32, and his impressive IMCA Modified, had a top five finish.
Congratulation to Chris Morris, No. 94, on his first Modified feature win at I-37 Speedway.

SportMod Feature Winner: Hayden Wade, W.E. Electric, No. 8w, was your feature winner! Damon Hammond, No. 116, waws second, Gregory Muirhead, No. 22, was third, Chris Cogburn, No. 601, was fourth and Joel Garcia, No. 23, was fifth. Joe Aramendia, Austin Moore, James Hanusch, Taylor Florio, and Chad Fitzgerald, rounded out the top ten. Eighteen cars started rthe feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Jeffrey Abbey, No. 37, picked up his second feature win of the night! Brandon Taylor, No. 5*, was second, A. J. Dancer, No. 52, was third, Dillion Smith, No. 03e, was fourth and Blake Clark, No. 88, was fifth. Jason Batt, Travis Norman, Chris Cockrell, Buck Owens, and Jeffrey Borho, rounded out the top ten. Fifteen cars started the feature.

Street Stock Feature Winner: Wade White, No. 68, was your feature winner! Jerry Frydrych, No. 13, had a good run for second, Tommy Kirkpatrick, No. 71, was third, Billy Rupert, No. 39b, was fourth and Sam Sovey, No. 111, was fifth. Greg Andrews, Curtis Twardeski, David Khoury, Eddie Thompson, Joe Williams, Barry Gaston, and Kristin Boytis, rounded out the field. Twelve cars started the feature.
Sam Sovey, No. 111, brought home the groceries with a top five finish.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Dylan Moss, No. 33d, picked up his first feature win! Skyler McFarlin, No. 22s, was second, Blake Clark, No. 188, was third, Anthony Simcik, No. 44, was fourth and Cameron Cook, No. 04, was fifth. Lance Hanson, Melvin Kemp Jr., Doug Andrews, Tyler Ballew, and Jeff Hauser, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-five cars started the feature.

Sport Compact Feature Winner: Steven Bevills, No. 7s, was your feature winner! Anthony Vandenberg, Gerek Cates, Gage Fuller, Kaleb Wtason, Jack Lewis, Howard Watson, rounded out the field. Seven cars started the feature.

Markiss Harcrow, an IMCA Stock Car racer, was in a terrible Semi Truck accident on Tuesday. Markiss was ejected out of the cab of the vehicle and is currently recovering at home. THANKS to the race fans who donated several hundred dollars to Markiss and his family. Please keep the Harcrow family in your prayers.
