Heart O Texas Speedway hosted night one of the Align Pro POWRi LoneStar 600 Mini Sprints, presented by No Limit Graphics, Spring Cup. The racing action continues Saturday night at 281 Speedway, in Stephenville, Texas. Along with the Mini Sprints, were the “ground pounding” IMCA Modifieds, Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Outlaw Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and Sport Compacts. Next Friday, May 3, the ASCS Sprints return to Heart O Texas Speedway. You don’t want to miss this exciting show! Check out all the exciting racing action and family fun from Friday night!
600 Mini Sprint Feature Winner: Jacob Lucas, No. 57, took the high road and Joey Starnes, No. 11j, took the low road! Joey lead most of the twenty-five lap feature, but with a few laps to go, Jacob Lewis past him on the high side to take the exciting LoneStar 600's Mini Sprint $750 Driven Performance Midwest feature win! Preston Perlmutter, No. 42p, was third, Mike Walling, No. 29w, was fourth and Karson Battarbe, No. 38, was fifth. Karter Battarbee, Jason Tyer, Christopher Larson, Colton Corbin, and Jarrett Hjorth, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature. Forty-nine Mini Sprints were in the pits!
Joey Starnes, No. 11j, had a solid second place finish.

Restrictor Mini Sprint Feature Winner: Ryan Timms, No. 5t, from Oklahoma City, was your $250 Driven Performance Midwest feature winner! Ryder Laplante, No. 88r, was second, Christopher Townsend, No. 6, was third, Kamirin Cook, No. 30k, was fourth and Jayton Brown, No. 11, was fifth. Nathan Hammond, Connor Thomas, Hailey Taylor, Thomas Hall Jr., and Dalton Wayne, rounded out the top ten. Fourteen cars started the feature.
Ryder Laplante, No. 88r, had a solid second place finish.
Rylie Yates, No. 7r, drove her first Restrictor Mini Sprint feature race.

Modified Feature Winner: Kevin Green, No. 5, picked up his second IMCA Modified feature win in-a-row! John Gober, No. 52, had a strong run for second, Jared Herring, No. 1h, was third, Beau Begnaud, No. 32, was fourth and Eric Tomlinson, No. 45t, was fifth. Jason Hunter, Mike Hathcock, Benji Kirkpatrick, David Goode Jr., and Wes Dulock, rounded out the top ten. Nineteen cars started the feature.

SportMod Feature Winner: Garett Rawls, No. 4g, was your feature winner! Chris Cogburn, No. 601, was second, Jeff Shepperd, No. 17, was third, James Hanusch, No. 777, was fourth and James McCreery, No. 13j, was fifth. Austin Moore, Gregory Muirhead, John Rabozzi, Damon Hammond, and Brandon Geurin, rounded out the top ten. Nineteen cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Westin Abbey, No. 12, looked to have this race won! But with two laps to go, in the 20 lap feature, Westin spun in turn 4. On the restart A.J. Dancer, took over the lead and the feature win! Andy Roller, No. 63, was third, Travis Norman, No. 3x, was fourth and Brandon Taylor, No. 5*, was fifth. Ryan Sanford, Ronnie Ellis Jr., Kirk Martin, Westin Abbey, and Dan Shipler, rounded out the top ten. Nineteen cars started the feature.

Street Stock Feature Winner: Wade White, No. 68, picked up his sixth feature win of the season! Greg Andrews, No. 8a, was second, Joe Williams, No. 32, was third, Cody Robbins, No. 17xx, and Tommy Kirkpatrick, No. 71, was fifth. Billy Rupert, Kevin Smith, Jerry Frydrych, Eddie Thompson, Barry Gaston, Drew Garcia, and Kristin Boytis, rounded out the field. Twelve cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: The all Abbey show! Westin Abbey, No. 77w, held off Jeffrey Abbey, No. 77j, for the feature win! Lee McCullough, No. 55, was third, Shannon Dulock, No. 47, was fourth and Blake Clark, No. 88, was fifth. Melvin Kemp Jr., Grant Wollam, Anthony Simcik, Chad Herring, and J.D. Nino rounded out the top ten. Seventeen cars started the feature.

Sport Compact Feature Winner: Steven Bevills, No. 7s, was your feature winner! Jack Lewis, No. 97, Derek Cates, No. 580, and Mike Land, No. 48l, rounded out the field.
