Heart O Texas Speedway was up and running after being rained out last week! It was Friday the 13th and that made for some scary good races that included the return of the POWRi LoneStar Non-Wing 600s! The POWRi Align Pro LoneStar Non-Wing 600’s, presented by K and K Earthworks, put on a great show at Heart O Texas Speedway back in April. A strong field of forty-six Mini Sprints were in the pits Friday night. Along with the POWRi 600’s, were the IMCA Modifieds, Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Outlaw Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and Jr. Mini Stocks! 600 A-class Feature Winner: Good race between Jacob Lucas, No. 57, and Weldon Buford, No. 01. With three laps to go in the twenty-lap feature (reduced from 25-laps), Jacob got past Weldon, for the exciting $750 to win POWRi 600s feature win! Colton Corbin, No. 29c, was third, Chaser Randall, No. 9, was fourth and Trevor Goad, No. 4t, had a good run for fifth. Johnny Boland, Preston Perlmutter, Jason Tyer, Jeb Sessums, and Mike Walling, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-five cars started the feature.

Restrictor Feature Winner: Nine year old Chase Hyland, No. 5, made this one look easy! Chase was your $300 run-away winner! Timothy Watson III, No. 27t, was second, Jayton Brown, No. 11, was third, Stephen Yates, No. 27y, was fourth, and Dylan Still, No. 95, was fifth. Thomas Hall Jr., Evan Spaulding, Kamirin Cook, Christopher Townsend, Wyatt Wilkerson, and Hailey Taylor, rounded out the field. Twelve Cars started the feature.

Modified Feature Winner: David Goode Jr., No. 7g, held off a strong field to pick up his first Modified feature win of the season! Jeffrey Abbey, No. 37, was second, Kevin Green, No. 5, was third, Chris Elliott, No. 915, was fourth, and Eric Tomlinson, No. 45t, was fifth. Coming from the back of the pack was "CAM Chassis" Chase Allen, Josh McGaha, Chris Morris, Erik Thorne, and Jeff Hoegh, rounded out the top ten. A full field of twenty-four cars started the feature.
Chris Elliott No. 915 had a solid top five finish.
Friday the 13th was not good to Bo Begnaud. He rolled his beautiful Modified in his heat.

SportMod Feature Winner: A good race between Gabe Tucker, No. 95, and Chris Cogburn, No. 601! Gabe managed to get past Chris to pick up his fourth feature win of the season! Sid Kiphen, No. 58, was third, T.J. Green, No. 5, was fourth, and Eddie Grmela, No. 11g, was fifth. Jeff Shepperd, Garett Rawls, Ronnie Bell Jr., Kaden Honeycutt, and James Hanusch, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-three cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Westin Abbey, No. 37, was your feature winner. G.W. Egbert IV, No. 717, was second, Benji Kirkpatrick, No. 4725, was third, Andy Roller, No. 63, was fourth, and Damon Hammond, No. 116, was fifth. Brandon Hood, Tyler Muirhead, Robert Black, Bryce Pritchett, and Bryce Burden, rounded out the top ten. Eighteen cars started the feature.

Outlaw Street Stock Feature Winner: Wade White,No. 68, seems to have the the car to beat! Wade won another one! Brandon Hood, No.1b, settled for second, Michael Votaw, No. 69, was third, Jerry Frydrych, No. 13, was fourth, and David Khoury, No. 173, was fifth. Joe Williams, Drew Garcia, Justin Webre, Eddie Thompson, Curtis Twardeski, Mike Land, and James Hanusch, rounded out the field. Twelve cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: It wasn't easy! Tom Earl III, No. 99, appeared to be in good shape to take this one, but with a few laps to go, in the 20 lap feature, a caution came out. On the restart, Ryan Hopkins, No. 4, took the lead. But on the last lap, Tom Earl III, managed to get past Ryan Hopkins for the exciting Factory Stock feature win! Jeffrey Abbey, No 77j, was third, Lance Hanson, No. 5h, ended up fourth, and Dennis Bissonnette, No. 818, was fifth. Tom Earl, Ricky Sessions, Nate Dixon, Joe O'Bryan, and Shannon Dulock, rounded out the top ten. A full field of twenty-four cars started the feature.

Jr. Mini Stock Feature Winner: Austin Moore, No. 88, was your feature winner! Trevor Cogburn, No. 601, was second, Jesse Shepperd, No. 17, was third, Corbin Willett, No. 3, was fourth, and Alysha McCartney, No. 19, was fifth.
