Kennedale Speedway Park hosted the Freedom 25 Midget Championships Saturday night! The Lucas Oil West Midget League POWRi Midgets presented by Executive Concrete NWA featured some of the best Midget drivers in the region! This was the second night of the mighty Midgets Red River Shootout! Kennedale's Kyle Jones, driving the Trifecta Motorsports, No. 7u, picked up his first POWRi Midgets feature win of the season in taking the 25-lap, $1,200 to win feature at RPM Speedway Friday night. This exciting showcard also included the IMCA Modifieds, who were running for an additional $1,500 thanks to Photos By Mike Frieri, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, plus the $1,000 to win Non-Winged A-class 600s! Midget Feature Winner: Hank Davis, No. 42, from Sand Springs, OK, seemed to have this race well in hand, but twelve laps into the 25-lap feature, Hank clipped a tire coming out of turn 4 causing a caution. Several cars swapped the lead, until Claremore, OK, Blake Edwards, No. 17e, took over the point and picked up his first POWRi West win of the season! Jeb Sessums, No. 1h, ended up second and last nights feature winner at RPM Speedway, Kyle Jones, No. 7u, took the third spot. Wesley Smith, No. 44, was fourth, and Weston Gorham, No. 71wg, was fifth. Payton Pierce, Hank Davis, Hannah Adair, Craig Oakes, Josh Hawkins, Kory Schudy, Kade Taylor, Geo White, Hunter Fischer, A.J. Burns, Doug McCune, Justin Melton, Grady Chandler, Brendon Wiseley, and Michelle Melton, rounded out the field. Twenty-cars started the feature.
Jeb Sessums No. 1h finished second.
Kyle Jones No. 7u finished third.
Justin Melton was involved in a wreck during the feature.

Modified Feature Winner: Chad Melton, No. 71, picked up his fourth IMCA Modified feature win of the season. Matt Guillaume, No. 50, had a good run for second, Pat McGuire, No. 9, was third, Demetrius Carter, No. 44, was fourth and Tommy Williams Jr., No. 151, was fifth. Mitch McMillin, Robert McKinney, Marvin Skinner, Jay Bransom, and Jimmy Littlejohn, rounded out the top ten. Nineteen cars started the feature. SportMod Feature Winner: Jacob Pirkle, No. 141, was your feature winner. James Skinner, No. 17s, was second, Jake UpChurch, No. 24, was third, Bret Young, No. 69y, was fourth and Gary Fox, No. 12, was fifth. "Flyin" Ryan Powers, Casey Brunson, Will Fritchen, Terrell Evans, and John South, rounded out the top ten. Eighteen cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: In one of the closest races of the evening, Jacob Pirkle, No. 6r, picked up his second feature win of the evening by defeating Damon Hammond, No. 116, by a bumper to take the exciting Istock feature win! Clint Nabors, No. 95, was third, Blake Clark, No. 88, was fourth and Gary Nabors, No. 59, was fifth. Jerrett Bransom, Jay Bransom, "Destroyer Chassis" Darryl Campbell, Justin Bruce, and Rhea Toney, rounded out the top ten. Thirteen cars started the feature.
Jacob Pirkle defeated Damon Hammond by a bumper.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Jordan Hefler, No. 2j, drove a good race, but Chase Neill, No. 416, got past him for the feature win. Shane Ellis, No. 84s, was third, Tim Holder, No. 8h, was fourth and Sean Hill, No. 504, was fifth. Brett McMillin, Tommy Williams Jr., Jason Cook, Royce Barber, and Kyle Robillard, rounded out the top ten. Eighteen cars started the feature.

Non-Winged A class 600 Feature Winner: Johnny Boland, No. 1v, was the $1,000 feature winner. Stephen Smith, No. 3s, was second, Kyle Jones, No. 04, was third, Bryan Debrick, No. 10, was fourth and Chance Hull, No. 1x, was fifth. Jason Tyer, Matt Ebarb, Weston Gorham, Margan Roan, and Kade Taylor, rounded out the top ten. A full field of twenty-cars started the feature.
