Tyler Stephens wins round two of the Red River Modified Tour at Heart O Texas Speedway Sunday night

Heart O Texas Speedway hosted the 2nd night of the IMCA Red River Modified Tour! The Red River Modified Tour takes three racing divisions, IMCA Modfieds, IMCA SportMods, and IMCA Stock Cars, to six tracks in seven days and to Texas and Oklahoma! Along with the three classes of cars Sunday night, the race program included the Factory Stocks and the 305 RaceSaver Sprints! Fifty six Modifieds competed Sunday night for the $1,000 to win prize! Modified Feature Winner: It was a good race between Matt Guillaume, No. 50, Kevin Sustaire, No. 71k, and Tyler Stephens, No. 2. Fourteen laps into the 25-lap feature, Tyler Stephens slipped past Matt Guillaume for the lead. Kevin Sustaire made it interesting the last three laps, but settled for second. The "Arkansas Traveler" Tyler Stephens went on to take the $1,000 to win night 2 Red River Modified Tour feature! Matt Guillaume ended up third, Eric Tomlinson, No 45t, was fourth and Chad Melton, No. 71, was fifth. Justin Radcliff, Jeffrey Abbey, Kevin Green, Josh McGaha, and Chris Elliott, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-five cars started the feature.

Jason Hunter found himself upside down during his B-main.

Sprint Feature Winner: In one of the best races of the evening, Michelle Melton, No. 21, showed the boys the fast way around the track. Bryan Debrick, No. 10, had a good run for second, Kevin Ramey, No. 7m, was third, Chad Wilson, No. 7, was fourth, and Gary Floyd, rounded up fifth. Claude Estes III, Casey Estes III, Casy Carter, Chase Parson, Regan Reed, and Mark Klis Jr., rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

SportMod Feature Winner: Jacob Pirkle, No. 141, was your SportMod feature winner. Robert Scrivner, No. 71k, was second, Rodney White,  No. 84, was third, Blaine Shives, No. 43b, was fourth, and Justin Nabors, No. 95, was fifth. Trevor Ramey, Sid Kiphen, Chris Florio, Garett Rawls, and Jake UpChurch, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Westin Abbey, No. 12, lead all laps of the $500 to-win 20-lap feature. Dillion Smith, No.03e, was second, Caleb Crenshaw, No. 6c, was third, A.J. Dancer, No. 52, was fourth and Jason Riddle, No. 35, had a strong run for fifth. Damon Hammond, Gary Williams, Roman Garcia, Markiss Harcrow, and Charlie Brown, rounded out the top ten. Eigteen cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Dalton Faulkner, No. 127, was your run-a-way winner! Good to see veteran Keith White, No. 7g1, behind the wheel for second, Cecil McCray, No. 75m, was third, Phillip Smith, No. 630, was fourth and Shannon Dulock, No. 47, was fifth. Wayne McCray, Jeff Blackwood, Nate Dixon, Justin Van, and Melvin Kemp Jr., rounded out the top ten. Nineteen cars started the feature.

Kennedale Speedway Park hosted the inaugural IMCA Red River Modified Tour Saturday night! The Red River Modified Tour takes three racing divisions, the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, and the IMCA Stock Cars to six tracks in seven days to Texas and Oklahoma! Sixty-six IMCA Modifieds competed Saturday night for the $1,000 to win prize! The Red River Modified Tour continues Sunday night at Heart O Texas Speedway in Elm Mott, TX. HOT will be running the Modifieds, SportMods, Stock Cars, Factory Stocks and the 305 RaceSaver Sprints! Gates open at 5 pm. Races start at 7 pm! Heart O Texas Speedway will also host the 9th Annual Wall of Fame ceremony. The ceremony starts at 1 pm. FREE food and drink will be provided!

Kennedale Speedway Park would like to wish everyone a great Memorial Day Weekend!

Red River Modified Tour Feature Winner: Eric Tomlinson, No. 45t, drove a good race, but with fourteen laps to go in the twenty-five lap feature, a caution came out. On the restart, Chase Allen, No. 130, who won the Dirt Dominator Series Friday night at Heart O Texas Speedway, managed to get past Eric Tomlinson and hold off Jeffrey Abbey, No. 37, for the $1,000 feature win. Eric Tomlinson ended up third, Chris Elliott, No. 915, was fourth and Brandon Hood, No. 1b, was fifth. Kevin Sustaire, Tyler Stephens, Fred Wojtek, Drew Armstrong, and Jay Bransom, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature. Sixty-six IMCA Modifieds were in the pits. The Red River Modified Tour continues at Heart O Texas Speedway in Elm Mott, TX Sunday. Gates 5 pm Racing 7 pm.

Jeffrey Abbey had a good run for second.

SportMod Feature Winner: Bonham Motorsports made it look easy, Nick Clinkenbeard, No. 66, ran away with this one! Sid Kiphen, No. 58x, had to settle for second, Jacob Pirkle, No. 141, was third, Jimmy Day, No. 23, was fourth and James Skinner, No. 17s, was fifth. Tim Clonch, Kevin Crawford Jr., Tyler Honeycutt, Greg Frazer, and Rodney White, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

Bonham Motorsports had a good evening at the races.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Tight race between Andy Roller, No. 63, Westin Abbey, No. 12, and Damon Hammond, No. 116. Andy Roller managed to hold them off for the $500 feature win! Dan Day, No. 54, was fourth and Caleb Crenshaw, No. 6c, was fifth. Bryce Pritchett, Aaron Benedict, Duain Pritchett, Craig Moss, and Brandon Hood, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

"Flyin" Ryan Powers, No. 26, was fourth and Brett McMillin, No. 25, was fifth. Tommy Williams, Jonathan Capps, Tim Holder, Dustin Sprouse, and Kyle Robillard, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

Heart O Texas Speedway got the the Memorial Day Weekend double header started with Military Appreciation Night! All Military personnel past and present received FREE admission to the races! Fridays racing program consisted of all the weekly divisions including the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Outlaw Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and the Jr. Mini Stocks! After the regular races the 9th Round of the Dirt Dominator Series was held. The Dirt Dominator 16 car Modified bracket winner will receive $10,000 at the finale to be held at Heart O Texas Speedway on Thursday, October 25! Check out all the racing action below!

Modified Feature Winner: Abilenes Josh McGaha, No. 911, starting from the ninth position, took over the lead with three laps to go in the 20-lap feature. Josh held off a strong field of twenty-four cars for the feature win. William McGuire, No. 9, was second, Eric Tomlinson, No. 45t, was third, Clay Money, No. 7, was fourth and Cory Davis, No. 128, was fifth. Colin Deming, Kevin Green, Brandon Hood, Chris Morris, and Cody Daniel, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

It was a long haul from Abilene but it was worth it for Josh McGaha.

Chase Allen won the 9th round of the Dirt Dominator Series.

SportMod Feature Winner: Sid Kiphen, No. 58, walked off with this one! Once Sid got the lead, he kept it for the win! Jacob Pirkle, No. 141, had a good run for second, Trevor Edgert, No. 78, was third, Kaden Honeycutt, No. 37, was fourth and Garrett Rawls, No. 4g, was fifth. Gabe Tucker, Jake UpChurch, T.J. Green, James Hanusch, and Jeff Shepperd, rounded out the top ten. Eighteen cars started the feature.

Jeff Blackwood, Grant Wollam, Clint Howard, Doug Kahanek, and Steve Wade, rounded out the top ten. Fourteen cars started the feature.

There is something about a Trailer Race at Kennedale Speedway Park that packs the stands and provides some of the best racing of the season! Saturday night it was standing room only. A great crowd got to see some exciting races and the evening was topped off with a Trailer Race! Saturdays race program included the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Jr. Mini Stocks plus the LoneStar Dwarf Car Club! Some lucky 50/50 winner went home with over $500 in their pocket! Check out all the exciting racing action from Saturday night below:

Modified Feature Winner: Mitch McMillin, No. 61, managed to slip past Danny Rodgers, No. 02, at the finish line for the exciting IMCA Modified feature win! One of several races that came down to the wire! Tommy Williams Jr., No. 151, was third, Jay Bransom, No. 29, was fourth and Cody Shoemaker, No. 54, was fifth. Matt Martin, Marvin Skinner, Charlie Thieme, Erik Miles, and Jason Hunter, rounded out the top ten. Sixteen cars started the feature.

SportMod Feature Winner: Kyle Wilkins, No. 7mk, was the feature winner at Heart O Texas Speedway Friday night, and he was well on his way to a feature win at Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday night! But will less than five laps to go, Jake UpChurch, No. 24, got past him for the feature win! Jacob Pirkle, No. 141, had a strong run for third, Chris Cogburn, No. 601, was fourth and James Skinner, No. 17s, was fifth. Rickey Haney, Kevin Manning, Gary Fox, and Casey Brunson, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: In one of the closest finishes of the night, Shawn Mize, No. 12, edged Craig Moss, No. 25, for the exciting feature win! "Destroyer Chassis" Darryl Campbell, Jay Bransom, Colton Obregon, Aaron Benedict, and Rhea Toney, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-one cars started the feature.

LoneStar Dwarf Car Club Feature Winner: Several cars battled for the lead, but David Garland, No. 84, managed to come out on top for the feature win! Chase Doughty, No. 02, was second, Dallas Patterson, No. 32, had another good run for third, Chance Hull, No. 71, was fourth and Joe Sheddan, No. 00, was fifth. Mitchell Clement, Richard Miller, Carl Davis, Richard Booker, and Louie Yount, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-two cars started the feature.

Jake UpChurch defeats Kevin Crawford Jr. in exciting IMCA SportMod feature at Kennedale Speedway Park

It was a beautiful night for racing at Kennedale Speedway Park! A good crowd was on hand to watch six classes of cars compete including the IMCA RaceSaver 305 Sprints. Thanks to everyone who donated money for one of our own Marcus Thomas who was seriously injured in a Sprint Car wreck last weekend in Louisiana. Check out all the racing action including the exciting IMCA SportMod feature finish below!

Sprint Feature Winner: The Sprint Cars showed their support for Marcus Thomas, who was injured in a Sprint Car wreck last weekend, by giving him a salute before the Sprint feature race. When the checkered flag dropped in the 20-lap feature, Casey Burkham, No. 45, picked up his first Sprint feature win of the season! John Ricketts, No. 5r, had a good run for second, D.J. Estes, No. 74, settled for third, Zane Lawrence, No. 76x, was fourth and Bobby Middleton, No. 07, was fifth. Mark Klis Jr., Jerrad Warhurst, Lucas Scherb, Merle Scherb, and Marshall McKelvey, rounded out the top ten. Thirteen cars started the feature.

Modified Feature Winner: Friday night at Heart O Texas Speedway the IMCA Modified feature race didn't go well for Chase Allen. But Saturday nights race was a different story! Matt Guillaume, No. 50, took second, Matt Martin, No. 11, had a good run for third, Tommy Williams Jr., No. 151, was fourth and Eric Miles, No. 65, were your top five. Robert McKinney, Jimmy Littlejohn, Marvin Skinner, Jay Bransom, and Mitch McMillin, rounded out the top ten. Sixteen cars started the feature.

SportMod Feature Winner: Veteran Jake UpChurch, No. 24, has a few feature wins under his belt, but this might be one of the best ones! Great race between Jake and Kevin Crawford Jr., No. 06. Jake UpChurch managed to get past Kevin on the last lap to take the exciting SportMods feature win! Gary Fox, No. 12, was third, Karl Rupp, No. 43r, had a good run for fourth and Rickey Haney, No. 99h, was fifth. Tory Yant, Casey Brunson, Scottie Kelton, and Ronnis Allison, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-one cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Good to see Dean Abbey, No. 26, back at KSP. Dean ran away with this one to take the IMCA Stock Car feature win! Aaron Benedict, No. 77a, last weeks feature winner, was second, Colton Obregon, No. 39c, was third, "Destroyer Chassis" Darryl Campbell, No. 83, was fourth and Jay Bransom, No. 29, was fifth. Factory Stock Feature Winner: Catch me if you can! Chase Neil, No. 416, made it two Factory feature wins in-a-row! Jeff Hauser, No. 18x, was second, Kyle Robillard, No. k9, was third, Chance Morris, No. 6, was fourth and "Flyin" Ryan Powers, No. r12, was fifth. Raymond McSpadden picked up his first career IMCA Modified feature win at Heart O Texas Speedway

It was a beautiful night for racing at Heart O Texas Speedway! After last weeks stormy weather rained out the races, it was nice to see some sunny skies and warmer temps! Heart O Texas Speedway honored the ladies with FREE admission to the races for all ladies 18 and over. Over 250 ladies received a FREE admission. Heart O Texas Speedway would also like to wish all the Moms a very happy MOTHERS DAY and a special thanks to all the ladies that help support our racers and the race track! Heart O Texas Speedway would also like to thank everyone who donated to Marcus Thomas. Marcus was seriously injured in a Sprint Car accident last week. A total of $790 was raised! Fridays racing program included the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Southern SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Outlaw Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, Jr. Mini Stocks plus the Lonestar Dwarf Car Club! Modified Feature Winner: Raymond McSpadden, No. 48, picked up his first IMCA Modified feature win of his racing career! Eric Tomlinson, No. 45t, had a good run coming from the eighth position to settle for the second spot, Kevin Green, No. 5, was third, Rob Slott, No. 48r, was fourth, and Chris Morris, No. 94, was fifth. Justin Radcliff, David Goode, William McGuire, Cody Daniel, and Brent Gilliam, rounded out the top ten. Fifteen cars started the feature.

Chris Morris No. 94 had a top five finish.

SportMod Feature Winner: Chris Cogburn, No. 601, held off a strong field to take the feature win! Jeff Shepperd, No. 17, was second, Eddie Grimes, No. 11g, was third, Robert Scrivner, No. 71k, was fourth and Damon Hammond, No. 116, was fifth. Hayden Wade, Sid Kiphen, Gabe Tucker, Garett Rawls, and Scottie Kelton, rounded out the top ten. Fourteen cars started the feature.

Kenneth Fielding, Tommy Kirkpatrick, Billy Rupert, Jeff Blackwood, and Joe Williams, rounded out the top ten. Fourteen cars started the feature.

Brandon Hood settled for the third spot.

Chase Neill was the feature winner of the exciting Factory Stock race at Kennedale Speedway Park

The kids enjoyed going onto the track and grabbing silver coins during the Kids Silver Rush.

Several race tracks in the area were closed due to the recent weather, but Kennedale Speedway Park was up and running thanks to the hard work of Bo Rawdon and his crew! It turned out to be a beautiful evening and Kennedale Speedway Park celebrated it with FIRST RESPONDERS NIGHT! To show our appreciation for all their hard work, the Police, Fire, Sheriff, EMS, and Chaplains received a FREE admission to Saturdays races! Kennedale Speedway Park had a full racing program that consisted of the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, IMCA Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Jr. Mini Stocks plus the Lonestar Dwarf Car Club. There was also a KIDS SILVER RUSH at intermission. The kids really enjoyed going out onto the track and picking up some coins! Special thanks to ABC Wrecker Service, B&B Automotive and C&P Pump Service for donating $300 to the kids! Check out the Family Fun and Racing Action below:

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Several lead changes in this race! When the checkered flag dropped, Chase Neill, No. 416, was the feature winner. Dustin Sprouse, No. 28, was a close second, Chris Davis, No. 98, coming from a B-main, ended up third, "Flyin" Ryan Powers, No. r12, was fourth, and Chance Morris, No. 6, was fifth. Kyle Robillard, Brett McMillin, Lance Hanson Jr., Jamey Lough, and Frank Lackey, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature. There were forty Factory Stocks in the pit.

Ryan Powers had a solid top five finish.
