There was $1,000 up for grabs to the winner of the IMCA SportMod feature at Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday night. Thanks to our sponsors: Mike Frieri Photos, Star 1 Roofing & Construction, Performance Transmission, C & P Pump Services and Bonham Motorsports - Team 66, the total IMCA SportMod purse was over $5,000! A good field of thirty-three SportMods were in the house and they were ready to compete for the “cool” cash and the impressive IMCA SportMod feature win!
SportMod Feature Winner: Jacob Pirkle, No. 141, has had trouble keeping his car together the last few races! That wasn't a problem Saturday night, as he took the checkered flag and the $1,000 to win IMCA SportMod feature! James McCreery, No. 13j, had a good run for second, Gabe Tucker, No. 95, was third, Matt Doescher, No. 3, was fourth and Justin Nabors, No. 28j, was fifth. J. Skinner, G. Muirhead, J. Freeman, G. Fox, and K. Manning, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.
James McCreery, No. 13j, had a good run for second.

Modified Feature Winner: Matt Guillaume, No. 50, went back to his old car a while back and it has paid off! He won another IMCA Modified feature at KSP! Matt make it look easy. Jay Bransom, No. 29, settled for second, Cody Shoemaker, No. 54, was third, Chad Melton, No. 71, was fourth and "Destroyer Chassis" Darryl Campbell, No. 83, was fifth. M. Martin, R. McKinney, R. Gould, M. McMillin, and Charlie Thieme, rounded out the top ten. Fifteen cars started the feature.

Sprint Feature Winner: A good race between Marcus Thomas, No. 15t, and Joey Starnes, No. 5b. Marcus slipped past Joey for the win. Chad Wilson, No. 20, was third, John Ricketts, No. 5r, was fourth and Jeb Sessums, No. 01j, was fifth. B. Debrick, A. Hernandez, L. Scherb, S. Stokon, and Bob Odom, rounded out the top ten. Eighteen cars started the feature.

Stock Car Feature Winner: Colton Obregon, No. 39c, appeared to have the win, but was later DQ'd. Clint Nabors, No. 95, got the win. "Destroyer Chassis" Darryl Campbell, No. 83, was second, Aaron Benedict, No. 77a, was third, Justin Fowler, No. 148, was fourth and Jerrett Bransom, No. 28, was fifth. Jay Bransom, D. Hammond, R. Toney, W. Ingram, and G. Nabors, rounded out the top ten. Sixteen cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Brett McMillin, No. 61, had a great run, but with one lap to go, in the 20-lap feature, he hit a tire coming out of turn 4, and broke his car. Calvin Williams, No. 11w, and Cameron Cook, No. 04, battled for the lead! Calvin got past Cameron for the exciting win. Mike Shackleford, No. 09, was third, Kenny Magar, No. 84, was fourth and A.J. Gardner, No. 21g, was fifth. M. Mason, G. Gafford, J. Miller, J. Harcourt, and J. Stephens, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-three cars started the feature.
Harley Fowler was involved in a wreck during her heat.

Jr. Mini Stock Feature Winner: Jordan Hefler, No. 2j, was the feature winner. Devin Manning, No. 96m, had a good run for second, Jarrett Helfer, No. 88j, was third, Eric Nieto, No. 53, was fourth, and Austin Clark, No. 77, was fifth. Joel Goff, No. 26, Jimmy Rawlins, No. 8, and Justin Anderson, No. 9, rounded out the field.
