While Hurricane Harvey made land fall along the Texas Gulf Coast, six classes of cars raced up a storm at Heart O Texas Speedway, in Elm Mott, TX, Friday night! The IMCA Modifieds, Southern SportMods, Stock Cars, Hobby Stocks, Factory Stocks plus the Lone Star Dwarf Car Club. The Dwarf Cars made their last scheduled race of the regular season. Next week it is another HOT racing program plus the Lone Star 600 Mini Sprint Shootout!
Modified Feature Winner: CAM Chassis Chase Allen, No. 930, battled his way to the front and drove away with the IMCA Modified feature win! Chase mentioned that this was his sixteenth Modified feature win of the season! Eric Tomlinson, No. 45t, settled for second, Brandon Hood, No. 1b, was third, Paul White, No. 2, was fourth and Justin McCoy, No. 87, was fifth. J. Gober, D. Goode Jr., R. McKinney, R. McSpadden, and W. Gould, rounded out the top ten. Sixteen cars started the feature.
Eric Tomlinson had a solid second place finish.

SportMod Feature Winner: "Trooper" D.L. Wilson, No. 6w, celebrated his daughters birthday with a feature win! Sid Kiphen, No. 58, was second, Garrett Rawls, No. 4g, was third, Gabe Tucker, No. 95, was fourth and James McCreery, No. 13j, was fifth. J. Nabors, J. Shepperd, J. Hanusch, T. Whitmire, and M. Doescher, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-three cars started the feature. SPECIAL THANKS to Jeff Hunter Toyota for adding $250 to the SportMod purse for a total of $650 to win!
Sid Kiphen, No. 58, had a strong run for second.

Stock Car Feature Winner: "Kaptain" Kirk Martin, made it two feature wins in-a-row! It was a close race between Kirk and Dillion Smith, No. 03. Kirk Matin held off Dillion for the exciting feature win! Benji Kirkpatrick, No. 4725, was third, Jerrett Branson, No. 28, was fourth and Damon Hammond, No. 116, was fifth. J. O'Bryan, R. Black. R. Warren, R. Shipman, and A. Roller, rounded out the top ten. Fifteen cars started the feature .
Jerrett Branson had a top five finish.

Hobby Stock Feature Winner: Current points leader Shannon Dulock, No. 47, was your feature winner. Kevin Smith, No. 57, was second, Nathan Sodekj, No. 60, was third, Joe "Dirt" Williams, No. 32, was fourth, and Jordan Kornegay, No. 212j, was fifth, Colton Rawls, Damian Snyder, Hayden Wade, Stacey Robinette, and Eddie Thompson, rounded out the top ten. Ten cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Chase Neill, No. 416, held off a strong field of Factory Stocks to take the feature win. Westin Abbey, No. 84, had a solid run for second, Jamie Herring, No. 222, was third, Greg Andrews, No. 12, was fourth and Walter Hamilton, No. 1w, was fifth. E. Harcrow, R. Hopkins, J. Gamez, L. Hanson, and C. Florio, rounded out the top ten. A large field of twenty-five cars started the feature.

Dwarf Car Winner: Chance Hull, No. 17, was the feature winner. Dallas Patterson, No. 32, settled for second, Jeff Patterson, No. 27p, was third, Ty McCoy, No. 4, was fourth and Ryan Stoy, No. 20, was fifth. S. Prejean, B. Spreen, T. Folkerts, C. Davis, and T. Miller, Rounded out the top ten. Twenty-cars started the feature.
