IMCA Modified Winner: "Downtown" Scotty Brown, No. 144, won a wild one. George White, No. 10, looked like he was going to pick up his second feature win of the evening, but with less than ten laps to go, he pulled off. That put Tommy Williams, No. 151, in charge, but a hard charging Jeff Emerson, No. 35, powered his way passed him to take the lead. Jeff was in control until a caution came out with one lap to go. He was not able to get his car started, so Tommy Williams took the lead back. On the final lap, Scotty Brown managed to power past Williams for the win. Waco's Kevin Green, No. 5, was third, John Gober, No. 52, was fourth and Jason Sartain, No. 744, was fifth. Martin, Carter, Pike, Bransom, and Montgomery, round out the top ten.
