85 Speedway (Ennis) November 16 (Saturday)
Three thousand dollars was on the line at 85 Speedway's 1st Annual Texas Roundup Saturday night. Over 40 Factory Stocks competed for bragging rights in the 40-lap feature. Starting on the front, Justin Whitehead, No. 85, took the lead, but dropped out with a flat tire. After a complete restart, Marcus Caudle, No. 15a, took over the lead. Several laps into the race, Justin began to work his way back to the front. With about 10-laps to go, he managed to catch and pass Caudle. They were side by side for several laps until Caudle managed to pass Justin for the lead and the feature win. No. 07, was third. Twenty cars started the A-main.
Car No.1 went for a wild ride during the B-main.

IMCA SportMod Winner: Chris Davis jumped in the No. 8 SportMod and put it in the winner's circle. J. Troutman, No. 1*, was second, A. McCall, No. 30, was third, Douglas, No. 28d, was fourth and R. Haney, No. 44h was fifth.

Street Stock Winner: J.C. Howell, No. 103, battled with T. Clonch, No. 25c, for the feature win. Clonch settled for second, J. Turner, No. 44, was third, P. Smith, No. 630, was fourth and J. Heft, No. 11, was fifth.

Kevin Ramey was the RaceSaver Sprint feature winner.

Mountain Creek Speedway (Grand Prairie) November 9 (Saturday)
In one of the best Sprint car races I have seen this season, Fort Worth's Kevin Ramey, No. 7m, held off Chad Wilson, No. 20, for the $3,000 Sprint feaure win at Mountain Creek's third Annual Race on Dirt Saturday night. John Carney II, No. 74b, started on the front row and quickly took the lead in the 25-lap feature. A few laps into the race, Kevin Ramey passed Carney and the race was on. Ramey and Wilson swapped the lead a half a dozen times with Ramey taking the lead for the final time with a couple of laps to go for the win. John Carney II ended up third, Jeb Sessums, No. 01j, was fourth and John Ricketts, No. 5r, was fifth.

IMCA Modified Winner: Eastland's Chris Elliott, No. 9, ran away with the IMCA Modified feature to take the win. Kevin Sustair, No. 71k, was second, Dillion Pike, No. 6, was third, Charlie Smith, No. 3c, was fourth and Blaine Shives, No. 571, was fifth. William Gould, No. 60, dropped out seven laps into the feature with mechanical problems.

Bomber Winner: In one of the best finishes of the evening, Johnny Lowey, No. 46, passed Frank Lackey, No. 41, with one lap to go for the win. Jeff Kinnard, No. 07, ended up second, Lackey, No. 41, was third, Tommy McKinley, No. 71m, was fourth and Walter Hamiliton, No. 93j, was fifth.

600 A-class Mini Sprint Winner: In a wild one, Tyson Hall, No. 5x, won the 600 A-class Mini Sprint feature. Joey Starnes, No. 11j, was second, Kyle Jones, No. 04, was third, Chase Brewer, No. 3c, was fourth and Sterling Huff, No. 39, was fifth. Scott Evens, No. 118, looked like he had the feature win, but ran into lap traffic on the last lap and spun out.

Restrictor Mini Sprint Winner: Dylan Ramey, No. 7d, was the feature winner. Noah Key, No. 14, was second, Trevor Goad, No. 18s, was third and Britney Bryant, No. 99b, was fourth.

Close to 170 race cars attempted to qualify for the 3rd Annual Race on Dirt at Mountain Creek Speedway Friday night. IMCA National Modified Champion William Gould, No. 60, was one of eight IMCA Modifieds that is locked in for Saturday's $3,000 to win Modified feature. Racing continues Saturday night with the gates opening at 3 p.m. and racing action starting at 7 p.m.

Superbowl Speedway (Greenville) November 3 (Sunday)
Oklahoma's Kevin Clement, No. 32, took home the $1,500 first prize at the Annual Superbowl Speedway Texas Fall Nationals Sunday night. A good crowd was on hand along with a large number of race cars in the pits. The race had been rained out earlier, but the weather was beautiful Sunday night.
Modified Winner: Kevin Clement started on the pole and led every lap of the 50-lap Modified feature. Jason Ingalls, No. 12, was second, Clyde Dunn Jr., No. 88xxx, was third, Colby Smith, No. 01, gave it everything that he had, but settled for fourth and a hard charging Sean Jones, No. 24, was fifth. IMCA National Modified Champion William Gould, No. 60, was running top five, but dropped out with two laps to go.

Limited Modified Winner: Ken Miller, No. 1m, made it look easy. Once he took the lead, Mr. Miller never gave it up. Tommy Davis Jr., No. 17, was second, Josh Landers, No. 25d, was third, Billy Brierton, No. 43, was fourth and Donnie Blackburn, No. 48, was fifth.
Clean up in turn 4.

Street Stock Winner: Tim Clonch, No. 25c, held off a strong field of Street Stocks to take the feature win. Tommy Davis Jr., No. 17, was second, Chris Davis, No. 98, was third, Shannon Hartline, No. 49, was fourth and Kenneth Chamberlin, No. 70, was fifth.
Randy Merchant, No.19x, hit the wall hard during the B-mains.
No. 99 took a hard roll in turn 4 during the feature.

Day Motorsports Modified Winner: Dennie Gieber, No. 15w, was the $10,000 Modified feature winner at the LoneStar Speedway’s Armadillo Nationals Saturday night. Dennie started on the pole and led every lap of the 50-lap feature. Coming in a close second was Whitaker Jr., No. 89. Mitchell, No. 5m, was third, Ingalls, No. 12, was fourth and Penny was fifth. A total of 169 cars were in the pits.
Modified B-main racing action.
Chris Brown had a strong run in the A-main, but had to drop out due to mechanical problems.

Smiley’s Racing Products Limited Modified Winner: Shane Hebert, No. 9, picked up another Limited Modified win. Martin, No. 0, was second, Redd, No. 5s, was third, Brutchin was fourth and Jimmy Day, No. 23m, was fifth. This feature win was worth $3,000.
