281 Speedway in Stephenville opened their season with their annual Spring Fling. Sunday was the finale of two nights of racing. A good field of cars were in the pits along with a nice crowd. 281 Speedway's next big event is July 20-21.

IMCA Modified Winner: Nineteen IMCA Modifieds started the A-main. Abilene's Josh McGaha, No. 911, muscled his way to the front getting by a strong run by William McGuire, No. 9. Chris Bragg, No. 24b, was third, David Davis, No. d02, was fourth and Justin Radcliff, No. 11j, was fifth. Melton, No. 71, was sixth, No. 4s, was seventh, Spillman, No. 444, was eight and No. 37, was ninth. William Gould, No. 60, DNF.

IMCA SportMod Winner: Gabe Tucker, No. 95, had a big night. He was the IMCA SportMod feature winner and the IMCA Hobby Stock winner. Dean Abbey, No. 26, was second, Brad Shirley, No. 00, SportMod feature winner at KSP Saturday night, was third, No. 56, was fourth and G.W. Egbert, No. 717, was fifth. Eighteen cars were in the feature.

IMCA Stock Car Winner: Gabe Tucker, No. 28, was the feature winner. Matt Guillaume, No. 50, was second, Cosper, No. 33c, was third, No. 22t, was fourth and Duain Pritchett, No. 22d, was fifth. Sixteen cars started the feature.
Zack Riley, No. 110, was involved in a bad wreck.

IMCA Hobby Stocks Winner: Veteran Andy Roller, No. 63, was the IMCA Hobby Stocks feature winner. No. 817, was second, No. 4g, was third, Jertemy Oliver, No. 82, was fourth and No. 71, was fifth. Nine cars started the feature.
Street Stocks Winner: Wade White, No. 68, was the Street Stocks feature winner. No. 11, was second, No. 12c, was third, No. 4, was fifth and No. 41, was fifth. Nine cars started the feature.
Junior Minis Winner: Jarred Marquez, No. 1, Trinten Turney, No. 17, Hunter Garrison, No. 22, No. 12.
