Jason Howell, #44, said he started not to come after having raced Friday and Saturday nights. But he was glad that he did, because Jason showed thirty-one Sprint Series of Texas Sprints the fast way around the 1/4-mile, banked, clay oval at Heart O' Texas Speedway Sunday night. It looked like David Garland, #84, was going to pickup a well deserved win, but Jason found his groove on the top and passed David with a couple of laps to go. Jimmy Allard, #43, drove a fine race and came in third. The SST Series will be having their sixth event of the season at Cowtown Speedway in Kennedale, TX this coming Saturday.
Jason Howell was the SST feature winner.
