281 Speedway in Stephenville held their annual Spring Fling Sunday. Abilene's Josh McGaha, #911, battled his way to the front to take the checkered flag. G.W. Egbert, #717, was second and Keith White, #1, was third.

A pit full of cars ready for action.

Brad Shirley was the IMCA Southern SportMods feature winner.

Brad Shirley, #00, worked his way to the front to take the checkered flag in the IMCA Southern SportMods feature. Coming in second was Dean Abbey, #26, and Todd Bartlett, #690, was third.

Duain Pritchett was the IMCA IStock feature winner.

Combine's Duain Pritchett, #22, won a hard fought IMCA IStock feature. Jeff Turner, #44, was second and Keith White, #1, was third.

Fort Worth's Allen Montgomery was the IMCA Hobby Stock winner. Allen edged out Andy Roller, #63, for second and Bryan Sewell, #44, was third.

In the Street Stock feature, Mike McCoy, #3, was first. James Bailey, #96, was second and Melvin Burrows, #56, was third.

Academy's Keith White, #1, was the IMCA Modified feature winner at Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday night. Glen Hibbard, #127, was second and Matt Martin, #11, was third.

Tom Earl Jr. was the IMCA SportMods feature winner.

Tom Earl Jr., from Haslet, #46, was the IMCA Southern SportMods feature winner Saturday night. Zac Sydney, was second and Preston Manka, was third.

Jay Bransom was the IMCA IStock feature winner.

Jay Bransom, #29, was the IMCA IStock feature winner. Levi Hodges, was second and Keith White, #1, was third.

Jeremy Montgomery was the IMCA Hobby Stock feature winner.

Burleson's Jeremy Montgomery, #11j, was the IMCA Hobby Stock feature winner. Allen Montgomery, was second and Gene Hadley, was third.

Sean Jones USRA Modified winner at Cowtown Speedway

Sean Jones was the Modified feature winner.

Mansfield's Sean Jones, #24, is on a roll. Coming off a recent Limited Modifieds feature win at Texas Motor Speedway's "Texas" World Dirt Championships, Sean was one of twenty-one USRA Modified drivers that came to Cowtown Speedway Saturday night for the season opener. Using a CT525 crate motor, he showed the Cowtown competition the fast way around the 1/4-mile, banked dirt track. Coming in second was Justin McCoy, #87, and Craig Moss, #25, was third. 

The USRA Modifieds will be returning to Cowtown this Saturday. There will also be a driver wheel barrow race in addition to the regular racing program.

Jake UpChurch was the Limited Modifieds feature winner.

Jake UpChurch was the winner in the Limited Modifieds feature. Tory Yant, #00, and Nick Clinkenbeard, #66, rounded out the top three.

Andy Hogan was the Winged 600s feature winner.

In the A-Class Winged 600s feature, Andy Hogan, #3d, was your winner. Kyle Jones, #04, was second and Kevin Ramey, #7m, was third.

McKinzie Ramey was your second place finisher.

Patrick Knight, #17, was your feature winner in the Restrictor 600s. McKinzie Ramey, #7m, was second and Garron Brimmer, #3g, was third.

Larry Smitherman was the Bomber feature winner.

In the Bomber feature, Larry Smitherman, #74, was your feature winner. Bobby Lee Stepp, #151, was second and Chad Pearce, #82, was third.

Wayne Hearne was your second place finisher.

Kevin Ramey, #53, was the Lone Star Dwarf Car Club feature winner. Wayne Hearne, #29, was second, and Jason Bellows, was third.

Kevin Robinson was the Wing Modifieds feature winner.

In the Wing Modified's feature, Kevin Robinson, #75, was your winner. Choice Lynch, #34, was second and Rick Poteet, #61, was third.

Gabe Tucker, #28, from Carbon, TX, was the IMCA Modified feature winner. Keith White, #1, looked like he was on his way to his second win of the weekend, he had won the IMCA Modified feature Saturday, but a flat tire sent him to the back of the pack. Mike McCarthy, #20, took second and Tim Clonch, #18, took third.

David Elliott, #19, was the IMCA SportMod feature winner.

David Elliott, #19, from Eastland, TX, showed the IMCA SportMods the fast way around the track to take the checkered flag. J.C. Howell, #103, and Tom Earl Jr., #46, rounded out the top three.

Keith White, #1, was the IMCA IStock feature winner.

It had been several years since Keith White, #1, had been behind the wheel of a stock car. But it didn't take him long to get the feel of his new one. Keith, #1, battled his way to the front to take the win. Jeff Turner, #44, was second and Dennis Bissonnette, #07, was third.

Casey Fielding, #19, was the Street Stock feature winner.

Local driver, Casey Fielding, #19, won the Street Stock feature. Flying Ryan Powers, #R12, was second and David Cook, #32, was third.

Jeremy Montogomery, #11J, was the IMCA Hobby Stock feature winner.

In one of the closest and most exciting finishes of the evening, Jeremy Montogomery, #11J, edged out Jeff Kinnaird, #07, for the feature win. Fort Worth's Allen Montgomery, #38, was a very close third.

Jason Howell, #44, was the RaceSaver Sprints feature winner.

Azle's Jason Howell, #44, was the RaceSaver Sprints feature winner. Sixteen cars started the feature that included several wrecks. Dale Wester, #12W, was second and Michael Lang, #14, was third.

Keith White kicks off KSP Spring Show with a Modified victory

Academy's Keith White, the 2010 KSP IMCA Modified Points Champion, won the IMCA Modified feature Saturday night at Kennedale Speedway Park's Spring Kick-Off. Gabe Tucker, #28, was second and Jay Bransom, #29, was third. This was the first of two nights of racing. Gates open at 2 p.m. and racing starts at 4 p.m. Sunday.

The RaceSaver Sprints will be making their first appearance this season at KSP Sunday.

Jeff Emerson was the IMCA SportMod feature winner.

In the IMCA SportMods feature Jeff Emerson, #35, took the checkered flag and the $500 win. Coming in second was Dean Abbey, #26 and Bradley Poor, #48, was third.

Daniel Parker was the IMCA IStock feature winner.

Greenville's Daniel Parker, #3p, was the feature winner in the hard fought IMCA IStock feature race. Keith White, #1, was second and Jeff Turner, #44, was third.

Kirk Acord #9A was the Street Stock feature winner.

Kirk Acord, #9A, was the Street Stock feature winner. Jason Ferguson, #24, was second and David Cook, #32, was third.

 

"Batman" Kyle Weatherman was one of several out-of-town drivers.
